Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, his 66-year-old wife, Emine Erdogan, tweeted “God willing we will shake this infection off together with Mr. Tayyip.”
In June last year, the Turkish president received his third vaccine dose against the virus.
