The wives of Kebbi Governor, Dr. Zainab and Hajiya Aisha Atiku Bagudu have attributed the resounding success achieved by APC at the just concluded elections to the unflinching support of women and youths in the state.
The two wives of Kebbi Governor, Aisha and Dr. Zainab Atiku Bagudu made the remarks yesterday at a separate media briefing in Government House ,Birnin Kebbi to express their thanks to people of Kebbi State for reelecting Governor Bagudu and APC candidates at the polls in Kebbi State.

Dr. Zainab who is the founder of Medicaid Cancer Foundation and the APC North West Presidential campaign committee Coordinator for women and youths said that women and their youths counterparts massively turnout at polling units in Kebbi state and exercise their franchise by reelecting her husband ,Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu for the second term and the entire APC candidates.
“” I will like to give thanks to Allah for the peaceful election. I will like to thank the women of Kebbi State in particular for giving us resounding victory at the polls””,she said.
She promised to rededicate herself and resources to support women through education and health.
In the same vein , Hajiya Aisha Atiku Bagudu also thanked women electorates especially the Fulanis for coming out in large numbers to vote for APC and governor Bagudu .
She commended Inec for the improvement recorded during the Governorship and State House of Assembly Election .
“” I want to commend Inec for the improvement, you see unlike the first election, this one is fast “”, she said.
