“The victory of President Muhammadu Buhari has elevated the powers of the electorate and their relevance about who should become the president of our dear nation.

” In the  past, few elite dictated the pace in the politics of the nation, but now President Buhari had brought  a paradigm shift to our politics and people have now taken ownership of government”, he said.

“Apart from governor Fayemi, his wife, Erelu Bisi Fayemi campaigned vigorously across Ekiti visiting markets and distributing gifts to women. This also helped our course.

“The acceptability of other leaders like former governor Niyi Adebayo, Deputy governor Bisi Egbeyemi and others also helped our victories. We are grateful to them and to the good people of Ekiti”.

Fatoba promised that he would leverage on his experience in agriculture firm and as a commercial farmer to empower the youths and attract them to commercial farming.

“I have been working with Olam Nigeria Limited for 25 years. This is one of the best producers of rice and cocoa in Nigeria. So, I will use my networks to bring them to work with governor Fayemi.

“I will also push and support steps that will attract federal projects to our dear state. All the elected federal lawmakers will work hard to ensure that we work for the completion of all federal projects in the state”, he said.
