Igbo youths, under the auspices of South East Youths Convention, have endorsed Senator Ifeanyi Ararume, the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) governorship candidate as the next governor of Imo State, come May 29, 2019.

In a statement it issued at the weekend, the group’s national president, Dr. Nkemjika Ogini and the Imo State coordinator, Dr M. V. Ezenwa, said that the members’ decision to endorse  Araraume was unanimously taken after their stakeholders’ meeting they held recently in Owerri.

Ogini said that Araraume with his pedigree and wealth of experience as a senator and politician, has what it takes to drive the developmental strides of the state and move it to the next level.

“We cannot be fooled again, the state needs a man of great heart and compassion, a man with a developmental prowess.  We will do everything possible to ensure Senator Araraume ascends to that throne for a better Imo State”, he stated.
