Zamfara Governor Bello Matawalle has appointed Senator Hassan Mohammed Gusau as Deputy Governor following the impeachment of Barr. Mahdi Aliyu Gusau.
Sen Gasau defected from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressive Congress (APC) in June 2021.
Gasau represents the Zamfara Central at the National Assembly.
