Late Olayemi Ajayi, who was killed three years after her daughter was raped and murdered, has been set for burial on Tuesday.
The PUNCH had earlier reported that the woman was stabbed at her house in the Abusoro area of Ijoka, Akure, Ondo State.

According to the burial arrangements made available to The PUNCH on Monday, Ajayi has been set for burial on Tuesday while her wake service would be held later today.
The ceremonies would be held at the Christ Apostolic Church in Ijoka, Akure, Ondo State.
Late Ajayi’s death occurred three years after her only child, Oluwaseun Ajila, was raped and murdered at their residence in 2018.
It was reported that the 20-year-old, who was a fashion model, was stabbed to death by unknown assailants.
Her mother raised the alarm upon returning from work and seeing her corpse.
Three years later, Mrs. Ajayi was also stabbed in the stomach, an act that led to her sudden death.
