X3M music soulful singer, Simi, recently launched her self-titled album Simisola to the delight of both fans and peers. The 15-track album is her second studio effort.
In line with her celebrations and heartfelt gratitude over the success of her album, Simi held her meet-and-greet session titled ‘Chill with Simi,’ on Independence Day, October 1 at The Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki.

She performed songs off her latest album, signed autographs and took pictures with her fans to commemorate the country’s special holiday. The maiden edition of ‘Chill with Simi’ was launched on September 24, where she spent time with her loyal fans, staying true to her promise to keep her fans happy with her music. Guests at the memorable launch ranged from avid fans to celebrities, who were regaled with beautiful music from Simi and other talented artistes at the event.

With Simisola, Simi has achieved some feat with her album, as it appeared at No. 5 on USA Billboard World Albums Chart, topping iTunes and Apple Music charts in Nigeria, Ghana, and Gambia. It has also maintained a steady climax in search interests on Google Trends.

The gifted songwriter plans to continue to captivate and expand her fan base with her fascinating vocals and songs, along with more upcoming ‘Chill with Simi’ events within and outside of the country.
